     What crops can i grow in the house all year round, any advice please and tips.  Mike

Corn salad, spring onions, Lettuce

Go on the net (as you are now ) and go to the Italian seed company, they have seeds that grow through the colder months.

It says that everyone thinks of Italy as a warm country, and it is at sea level but Italy also has alot of mountains so as you go higher it gets colder, hence the seeds of Italy being good for colder climbs.
 
They mark the seeds in their catalouge which are perticularly good for cold weather growing and grow very well in a greenhouse over winter.
