When I had a go at the Argentine Tango and nearly fell over my partner. I've had a little think about this rain dance and believe it should include some stamping around to wake up Zeus (or Jupiter etc) from their heavenly slumbers, a bit of war paint (use children's face paints or make some woad), and a stick with a bladder on top. As for the costume, er, um, do we really need one?

You may not believe this, but the new tenants on our patch are growing woad. She's into vegetable/plant dyes, and has got some fabulous plants on the way!

I reckon the 'Argentine Tango' has some darker/horizontal elements involved, so I'm going to do a bit of research..;0)

Ah no, you're thinking of "Dirty Dancing" whereas the AT are mostly upright moves with a lot of kicking around the balls, say. I hope your research didn't keep you up all night.
