Unusual online weather forecast today in that every hour from last midnight to midnight tonight is forecast to be 8C - so far that is the case.

Not so accurate is the rain prediction - much less than forecast, although it's managing to be equally unpleasant out there thanks to thick mist all afternoon.

It's about 8ºC here with on and off drizzle, no wind to speak of. Just been watching a video about creating a garden in Dead Sea valley, Jordan. Imagine going without rain for a year!

11/12c here this morning.  Just been out gardening and can feel warm sun on my back.  But it has gone in now, so I expect the rain forecast will be here soon.   Very calm otherwise.

I am not a fan whether it is mild and soggy or cold and soggy.  Give me blue skies and sparkly frosts any day.

I feel I ought to say it's raining as usual. I'm home with a replacement knee under exercise and kids went up allotments yesterday to say it was wet enough to be unworkable. The grass found the son-in-law's leaky boot.

Heavy rain just eased off for a short while to light rain !    Just to add to it, thunder is forecast for later this afternoon.    13c.       Friday is supposed to be a sunny day, but with a big temperature drop.

A lot of rain overnight, the path was flooded again! Now it's 10C and looks to be brightening up a bit.

The damp murkiness continues here. The plot is waterlogged, it's looking like I'll not be gardening again this year

We saw the sun here in Cumbria for a short while, plus the rain had stopped for a few hours😊
