Sunny but frost on back lawn. No rain for days had to turn back on my garden tap so I can water my home veg plants. Rain promised for Friday & Saturday but we will see???

Also need rain here, there was manic laughter on the allotments when a council bod said the soil was still sodden

Same here about the rain. The soil is breadcrumb dry to a big man's fork depth. There is a difference in the size of my girly border fork and the Husband's.

Hope you get the heating fixed .


We've had a warm sunny day so the kids were in the garden all day. The wind's getting up, I've not put another jumper on to help me resist the call of the shop for 1 hour more, I so fancy a biscuit and am refusing to put the oven on until the bread is ready.
