seems i,ve got lots of these..

want any easy recipe to make wine as i,m a real newbee at it ..

help would be great  3 lbs of each ready to go ...

Got a recipe for Bramble wine, got a recipe for Apple wine, but not a one using both.  

Jam or jelly sounds nice.     Needs a lot less equipment as well.

We have been making our own wine for approx three years now. We use a book called Peggy Hutchinson's home made wine secrets. This edition is undated but believed to be late 40s or early 50s. See picture at http://www.betweenthecovers.com/btc/item/83043/
While generally following recipes don't be afraid to adjust or experiment. After bottling once I had some apple wine and strawberry wine left over so put them together in a bottle. This was very tasty!
The recipe in the book for apple and blaeberry (bilberry) says use 4lb of each fruit so I would probably apply that to other berry types.
