Title: glut of pears

 Hi all this is my first time o the fourum so have pitty on me if i make any fo pars.
My pear tree has a glut of large fruit and I want to know the best way to make use of them.
 Any info will be grateful.   HELP!!!

I'm in the same predicament.   Pear wine looks good, difficult, but gooood!   ::)   Cheers,    Tony.

pear cider? pear wine? could they be mixed with apples and made into a mixed cider
