I purchased a Patio Peach from Homebase a month ago, when do leaves appear?
It all depends what you put into the ground, to what you get out

I would have expected to see some by now. How did you treat it once you brought it home?

I bought a peach tree from Lidl about a month ago. It did have a few tiny leaves on then. Brought it home, hardened it off for about a week, planted it out and it's sprouting quite well now (our night-time temps are a bit higher than yours though).

I replanted into a one size larger pot , fed it and rubbed the blossom off! Watered it well as it was quite dry when I purchased it!!!

It's possible the trees were kept in cold storage before going out for sale. If so , the sprouting will take up to 2 more months before the saps properly warm up. I had that happen to some of mine, but eventually the sprouts showed up.

Peaches are also late to leaf out as they really do need warmer temps. However, the flowers will often come out first so watch they don't get frosted off.
