My raspberries finally arrived ! They're in a pot though rather than barerooted. Do I still seperate the canes and plant them seperately? I've seen to plant them 45cms apart but this was advice for summer fruiting ones - these are autumn bliss - is it the same? Then how close do the ground to I cut them?

If that's 1 1/2 feet - that's fine. Cut the old cane back to about 1" - (I think that's about 2.5cms!) - above the ground. Fruit will appear on this year's growth.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Thanks ! I planted them out today but didn't cut them down as I wasn't sure.  I'll pop back tomorrow and do that.
