The Flying Shed
« on: May 16, 2009, 14:52 »
I saw this competition and i just could not resist.

So the plot was afoot. I planned and racked my brains for a suitable contribution as I haven't competed for ages. Then I turned the idea on it's head. What about a flying shed? It shouldn't be too hard.

These are the results.

First foot of flying.

Pebbled down

The rear :D

Mint fresh :D

Indoor test flight..

Closeup

In flight videos!

Yes, i know i'm nuts. But it reached at least 20ft before i thought "oh no, i'm going to have to wind this cotton in".

Nice lateral thinking  ;)

I'm glad you folks have enjoyed it.

Richy! You should know better :- this isn't the Christmas special.

I should work in advertising.... anyone else think the Cadbury's advert (you know the one) would have made an excellent one for Terminal 5?

I think Ryan Air passengers might be jealous of the size of the accommodation........ Not to mention the copyright issues that may be raised  with Luf -hut thansa.

i wonder if it will grow better at height. if you wanted to go all mad scientist you could do an experiment on the effect of height on growing plants. :D
