After moving house last January, having a hectic year, I never brought my seed grown Geranuims indoors, they were late to flower but when they did they were lovely, they are still flowering and appear really healthy, they are covered in new flower buds ready to open, but are they meant to be dead???

I have a very nice potted fuschia in flower too. Just brought it inside. Don't know what it's thinking. Last time I looked I also had some penstemons flowering in the garden.

I've still got a big pot of trailing lobelia going on my balcony! Unbelievable....

The geraniums will carry on growing and flowering as long as it is warm and light enough.

In late spring give them a bit of a prune to stop them going leggy a nice feed ( diluted tomato or flower fertiliser) and they'll carry on

I always take mine into the frost free greenhouse and they flower continuously.

I have lobelia coming up like mustard and cress in a trough that had been under one of my hanging baskets in the Summer -- very useful for next season

I've been looking at the stats from the local weather station for this autumn and winter - only 2 "just about" air frosts so far here, which were back in November.

Not sure whether my Graham Thomas rose is happy about that or just confused, but "he's" been flowering continuously since last June, with just a short rest at the end of summer. (The picture, which I took this afternoon, had to be taken from an upstairs window because he isn't happy growing up an east-facing trellis so he defiantly flowers only from about 6' upwards!  )

Wow the times I disposed of Geraniums because I thought they would die anyway, hopefully get another summer from them thanks

We've got 2 fucshias flowering profusely, a rose in bloom and flowering pinks and pot marigolds...... together with the more usual, for this time of the year, snowdrops.
