Hen is mounting other hens?!

This is weird, but the past week my boss hen, Queen of the pecking order, has been mounting the other two?! Is this normal? Or is she just being aggressive?

I would say it's a dominance thing

I'm sure someone will be along soon to give you more of an idea though

Normal behaviour in my limited experience. Just her way of maintaining herself as top of the pecking order.
