You would need to know the size and type of wood used in the frames. 
If the wood it pressure treated.
The type and gauge of the mesh used.

Some panels seem to be reasonably priced but it might be down to the quality of the parts used in the construction.

I have just received my delivery of 2" x 2" pressure treated timber for my hubby to build me a 21' x 9' walk in run.  If you are quite handy it is loads cheaper to make a good quality run yourself.

I have been using a 25m electric fence for 15 months and the only downside is that my girls get excited and fly over the 1.2m fence, but not very often.  Have decided on the walk in run to make it easier for a hen sitter to look after them when we go on holiday.
