Title: Swelling on hen below the ear

Hello readers,
Today, I noticed swelling on a hen below the ear. She is a ISA-Warren.
Is there anybody out there that has had something similar or can give some advice.
She is eating well and very active.
Doesn't seem to be bothering her.
She is about 1 yr old and producing a egg almost every day.
I have attached a photo.
