Title: New Shed
Post by: mrs bouquet on March 11, 2024, 13:42
I am thinking plastic v metal.   my current wooden shed is 11 x 8 internal.   Any advice will be very welcome.
Thanks,  Mrs Bouquet

Out of the two choices I'd go plastic as metal will rust!

What’s wrong with your wooden shed, Mrs B?  Our wooden shed is about 30 years old and still in good condition.  Just needs a coat of wood preserver now and then and a bit of fettling occasionally.

Metal sheds are very prone to condensation inside.

And you can’t hang much on the walls in a plastic shed.

I'd stick with a wooden one though they're not cheap but worth it.
