Forget storm Ciara Storm Dennis is on the way

Here is the aftermath in Horsham (W Sussex). The riverside walk now the river submerged paddle, and my allotment is only good enough for growing rice at the moment. The low part of the allotment site is either underwater or like a marsh. There is a ditch which runs along the length of my plot and it couldn't cope with the quantity of rain, and it just flowed into the point of lowest altitude on site, which means the low end of my plot and the community allotment.

That's just rotten 'luck', Al.
