Buying an Azada

Does anyone know where I can buy an Azada and handle from?
Prefer to buy it tomorrow rather than order online and wait, so it needs to be in Essex.

I solved the problem by buying a Clarke 400 wood lathe and turning my own tool handles out of ash, i can make them custom length then. The lathe was only £125 at the time, its been really useful ........

I made my hoe handle from a length of dead wood, whittled smooth with my knife and sanded. Its nice and solid and thicker than any handles I could buy (and cheaper).

I think my hoe is an azada - my mother sent it over from Oz - we just call them hoes there... Definitely a handy tool. I would love a lathe though - such handy tools (and much more precise than a pocket knife) - I keep thinking of making one of those pedal-operated ones, but there is always something more important...

cheers,

Derek

Take smaller (thinner) slices. Someone above suggests squares  :!: gawd knows how he lifts them without putting his back out or getting a hernia!    :?
I demand the right to buy seed of varieties that are not "distinct, uniform and stable".

I got a Chillington hoe, which looks like an azada, from the Tool Shop Direct off the internet for £10 inc vat and delivery and handle  :D

I get on well with it as sit cuts easily through clods or you can smash them up with the stout bit where the handle meets the blade.  the handle is not very long though. OK for me cos I'm a short bum  :D

They are now selling for £10.29.
