I got my plot today but the road down to it is terrible, not even walkable , don't know how I'm gonna get stuff down there and i'm told I need planning permission for a shed...I'm depressed :-( Here's a pic of the actual plot 1/2 acre.

I put the red line down I get one of the halfs and I've just been given two rotavators on freecycle so cheered up a bit.

It used to be an orchard many years ago then it was Strawberries then horses, plent horse poo down there that's for sure. :D

you could be totally self sufficient there and a bit more

There are a few empty plots, not sure what livestock apart from horses and I am terrified of chickens but would love some.

I would love a Tractor, I used to drive one, I like the little orchard tractors the Americans :oops:  have.

When we were in Corfu many years back before it became too popular. the locals had rotovators with extended handles and wheels instead of the tines. They attached a trailor and took the entire family to town on them on Friday night. I sang as they passed by "Get your motor running..."
