I buy these for my visiting Robins and the chicken loves them but is very greedy and would eat them by the ton.  Is this ok or shoud I limit the amount she gets

i feed maggots its cheaper ........ but you feed em as you like  if ya giving them a couple pounds a day then yeh ur chucks wil get fat as for the robin she will know when she had enough

My girls would fight (and kill) large dogs for meal worms.  They are high in protein and fat.  I used the dehydrated ones and only for treats.  I like sweeties and crisps, but don't eat them for dinner
