Did the leaves go yellow and then  drop off, or just fall off spontaneously?

they went a bit yellow then dropped, ive checked the pepper and it still seems to be well fixed to the main plant, the chilli's are dropping leaves as well, I'm wondering if its been too hot in the poly tunnel for them

If you are giving them tom ffod everytime you water, they might be overfed. Leave out the food for now and see if this helps.

I am sure others will have ideas too  :)

I hardly water my chilli plants. Often they can be found to be dying for a drink before I give in :)
