Title: Cold start surprise
Post by: Debz on October 02, 2019, 13:38
I had to scrape the frost off the car this morning before I could drive it.  Bit early for that but maybe it will get rid of some of the pesky slugs and snails.  The flipside is we have the most beautiful day today.

Gah, we have showers and high winds on this side of the mountains. BBBRRRRRRRRR. No frost yet.
I brought youngest a cup of tea to drink on the 5 minute walk home from nursery and he was glad of it. He was one of the few not to try to back inside or climb up the inside of their parents coat.

Will you consider having a rain monitor? Was it SEPA or SNH in conjunction with the MET office is appealing for people to put them in their gardens and feed it into their database.

Not quite there here this morning but it couldn't have been far off. Polytunnel person a low of 5c last night, so I think the chilli plants will give up soon.
