Does anyone have a recipe that comes out close to Sainsburys Deli-Style Coleslaw ?

Don't know............I just finely use sliced veg and my favourite mayo.

What's so special about that one

Fine cut onions & white cabbage.
Fine grated carrot
Better mayo than supermarket cheapest

That's kind of it really I think

The stuff I do doesn't come out right - not sure why, it seems too rich  and more like veg in mayo than coleslaw.

Get the size of thr veg right and all will be well

It is more like a s/m coleslaw if left overnight, some of the juice leaches out of the veg

do ou add a litle lemon juice ,
i just use lidl mayo the squeeze bottle , salad cream, mustard , salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice mix up and add to the shredded veg , works for me its creamy but light at the same time .
