I've been lurking for a while, learning a lot. Have now taken the plunge and reserved 4 ex batts for collection at the end of July. I'll be back for help..........

go you, well i just started off in the world of chickens and im planing for some more space cause im wanting more lol i could sit for hours watching them.

Welcome to the forum Racolclough and good luck with your new hens.  :)
Don't forget that pictures of your hens are a statutory requirement of this forum  :D

You will love your girls! I have 5 ex batts, i've had them 3 weeks today. But I find I worry more about them than I worry about the kids!!!! :happy: Bu they are lovely, you will notice their personalities come through :D Enjoy!!! :D :D :D :D xx

We will all be with you, through the good times and the bad, the happy and the sad...unfortuantely there are sad moments, but the happy ones for outweigh them. Enjoy your girls when you get them. Im sure they will be so grateful to you that you are giving them the chance of real happiness at long last.
