Title: Cloche ventilation?
Post by: Weed on April 15, 2010, 21:48
Hi folks, could do with some advice. I'm making my own cloches with the simple poly  sheet and pipe design. However, do I need to build in ventilation? I can't get to my plot every day, so I can not simply pull back the sheets to allow breathing.
If so I was thinking of fixing some net curtain to a hole, would that suffice?

Cheers

It seems that if the cloches are large enough, then they don't require ventilation. Small ones, like individual plant sized ones, do need ventilation or quickly cook the plants in daytime.
