nettle fertiliser
« on: May 25, 2015, 19:55 »
It's been a while but I've had brill advice here so I'm back with a new question.
Last year I made way too much nettle fertiliser and want to know if it's still usable or should I do a new batch?
Many thanks

I'm not going to say that I'm 100% sure about this but I don't think that the nutrients that you got from the nettles have gone anywhere  ;) - having said that there may have been a chemical change over time that has neutralised them but I'd suspect that they are still available in the tea. Perhaps I should have become a biochemist... too late now.  :nowink:
You could apply it to some plants and not to others - see if it makes any difference. I'd chuck it on personally.

I would just bang it on. Nothing to lose. I keep Comfrey tea from one year to the next and no problems experienced so far.
