Engine ID?
« on: December 11, 2011, 14:06 »
Hi - I've just bought a used Honda F501 which works really well. I'm just wondering what engine it will have - where will it be stamped? It is probably about 10 years old.

Cheers....Bob

A Honda engine? Here is the manual for your machine linked from our parent website, it will probably have some useful information for you. :)

This seems to say that the F501 uses a Honda GX160 - but mine does not have gears - so I'm wondering if it's a different engine?
