In the outside freezer I have over 40lbs of rough cut apples that we were going to make into cider, but ran out of space.
I now have the space available again and wondered if anyone knows if you can make cider with frozen fruit???
Cheers for any advice.

Don't see why not might be best to defrost a few and see how watery they are first. Still should mean you don't need to add any water

The sugar is the only thing that the yeast is interested in so I don't see how it would make any difference.
Even if they look more watery, they don't contain any more water than when you froze them.
I'd say go for it. What have you got to lose other than months of apple crumble?
