Yes I'm pathetic...green onion help please.

Every gardener has one...that simple thing that simply doesn't want to play fair.

Mine is Green Onions.

Planted some in the greenhouse next to Bok Choi...Bok choi doing great (along with everything else in there), one of two rather pathetic shows for the green onion.

In the "progressive bed" I have in the kitchen garden that I use for Mangetout, bok choi, radish...and green onion. Same result.

My Hubby thinks it may be the seed, though I've had great germination with all this companies other products this year.

What am I not getting? Planting about a quarter inch down...greenhouse planting was fabulous multipurpose compost, progressive garden is compost, a good dose of manure and soil.

I realize its supposed to be simple, but I'm not finding it so. Perhaps another testing of a different seed variety?

Don`t panic, it`s just that the onions are slower growing than the other crops. :D
