Title: chocolate mousse nigella lawson

has anyone tryed it yet its an express one havent got he preportions yet as i saw only half the programe but its chocolate , marsh mallows and cream it looks like the real thing

Hi Chrissie, i've tried it, it doesn't have the fluffly airy volume that you'd get if you used egg whites as opposed to the marshmallows but it did taste good. If you don't mind a dense mousse it's worth a go but I'd rather have a traditional one. Jude.

well as i said i didnt get all the recipie but the end result was good like you said not as airy but im not a fan of uncooked eggs if i can avoid it , hubby was happy specially when i put a dollop of rum favoured cream on the top  :D
