Could anyone tell me were to buy fresh horseradish as I have an abundance of beetroot given to me by friens and would like to make the Beetroot and horseradish relish.

I presume by your question that you live too far away from a county lane, preferrably near a steam. 

You always find horseradish there, dig up as much as you require and leave the rest to grow on.      Cheers,     Tony.

If you haven't used raw Horseradish before .. beware!
You can't miss the huge leaves.
But with the big roots take a good spade.
Use sparingly as well until you get used to it.
A little really does go a long way.
