Plum Tree
« on: May 30, 2012, 11:59 »
H,
Went down the lotty today and noticed that that our golden drop plum tree has loads of baby plums forming yey !!! BUT on some of the leaves are lots of caterpillar egg sacs !! I think not sure. They dont wipe of and are the same colour as the leaves. They look like bubble wrap but in a small scale. any ideas ??

Sorry, no idea about that but I've got a pheromone trap hanging in our plum tree to try and minimise the damage from plum moth grubs/maggots.

Cheers,    Tony.
I may be growing OLD, but I refuse to grow UP !
