Is it true ducks need a swimming area to breed. My ducks have access to a few old baths and swimming pools however someone said yesterday that "oh its a good job you have pools as they wont breed without them"? is this tru or just a myth?

They will do the do on dry land but usually right next to a water container :blush:
The female then usually has her head pushed in it :ohmy:
The in the water method looks far better from the ladies point of view in my opinion :D
