Great news!! It's official. I am a fox that's just been made Lord of Cunning.

My mum received the call today to say plot 138a is hers. Taking her down to sign tommorrow.

Hard work starts on Saturday. Here's some pics + my next door plot, 138.

Great to have 10 rods now. Dead chuffed.

yeah ta for the tip. The plot next to mine is derelict despite someone paying rent on it. I think I'm going to start borrowing a bit, then a bit more

It's amaizing what results people can get when they put thir mind to it

This time three months ago, I had no plot! After searching on the net and finding details for the council I was told to expect a wait of 2 years.

(No way I thought) Managed to get a half plot in two weeks after meeting someone from the site and have now even managed to get the rest of the plot this week so now upto 10 rods lol

The plot was split and let in two half but the owner of the other half has now given it up after I wrote to the council asking if they could review the ownership due to the disuse. They wrote to the owner and she called them to say she no longer wanted it so they offered it to me the same day
