Looking for an egg free turnip and potato cake recipe

Not as in a cupcake but a pancake type potato cake, think fish cake but not.

Cant have milk or egg. Help please.

Just grate it and squash it all together like a Rosti.

I have done the parsnip and potato one before so not sure why i didnt think of the same
