hello
I have a young  leghorn hatched   this Easter not looking/acting right.
Do they get problems with their first  eggs? as she looks like she may  be egg  bound.
only been like it today so hope she will be sharper tomorrow. fingers crossed

The first eggs can be an issue. Sometimes they lay a soft shell first, which makes them feel rough for a day or so.

Keep an eye on her and see how she is today.
