levingtons farmyard manure
« on: March 07, 2011, 15:59 »
I know its not exactly compost but I just wondered if anyone had tried 'Levingtons' Organic Blend Farmyard Manure?  (I paid a fiver for 50litres at Focus) about a month ago and mixed it in my hanging baskets and tubs that I planted up with bulbs, primulas etc and the results have been amazing - I have never had such fantastic results - I also put some in the strawbs and climbing roses and shrubs that were newly planted and they're thriving too!  The majority of it I worked into the veg patch - so hopefully I will have the same results there!!! :)
