I was checking a flower container today and under the bedding geranium was a big hollow hole.   I have seen
some half hazel nut shells around the garden,  But never a squirrel.  What may have caused the hole and where has the soil gone  ?   Mrs Bouquet

Do you have any kind of ground squirrel there?  Here we have chipmunks; I would suspect those if there was a hole in the ground with nut shells around.

Rat stoat weasel rabbit so vague it’s like say do ya know what kind of car made these tracks not to sound obtuse more info please any scrapings droppings anywhere

I have never seen many critters around here.  My thoughts were a mouse, but I have never seen those either.
Perhaps, it was where I mostly poured in water or maybe a bedding plant very close by.  Never know, but thanks guys.  Mrs B
