Does anyone have a recipe for a bailey's type recipe?

tin of condensed milk
pot of elmlea single cream (keeps longer than fresh cream)
whisky to taste - i usually use about 150mls
2tsp instant coffee granules dissolved in warm water
1 egg

whizz in blender and store in fridge - should be ok for about 2m - egg can be omitted (but it helps with texture), and the elmlea can be substituted with a tin of evaporated milk if you like a sweeter drink - only use fresh cream if you are going to drink it all within 24hrs

some people like to add a few tsbp the choc sauce you put on icecream to the mix, but i find that makes it a bit too sweet, and more like dooleys

I know its been ages, have been overwintering in Norfolk, but back to home now. However, did use the baileys recipe several times, it never got to the fridge!  Ity was wonderful, but I used lots of whiskey!!

That's the way to do it
