Kopanisti (Pepper and Feta Dip)

8oz Feta cheese
4 roasted red peppers (from a jar is easiest)
3 tablespoons Greek olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed hot pepper flakes (or cayenne pepper to taste)
Add salt to taste if the feta is mild and milky.

Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse - some prefer it a bit gritty in texture, I prefer it blitzed 'til it is smooth.

Serve with strips of pitta bread or with breadsticks as mezze dish.

Its not quite the one im thinking of but close sounds nice .
