« on: October 21, 2012, 13:53 »
silly me , well i thought it would be nice for the g kids to make and ice them as they are quick to do , well used it today myself first time easy just a toaster with a different plates in it , i made up the batter as stated , i used melted butter instead of oil hoping for a better flavour also put some vanilla in there but the batter still had no flavoure and not a nice texture .
so any ideas on a new batter i was hopinfg it would be a bit more cakey so i will leave it in your hand s if i may

Pop it under the sink and put it down to experience, it will end up there anyway. :D

Cheers,   Tony.

They did some test on a TV show (gadget show) and they didn't come out at all well or even taste very good, but at lest Ebay is there to get rid of your mistakes and get some ££ back from them  ;)

Don't listen to them Chrissie!!

I bought a doughnut tray from a charity shop in July and copied this recipe from the lakeland website.  Haven't tried it yet, so don't know if its any good!

Well that recipe is for baking too, that's why I sent it to you  :).  Only when I get round to trying the recipe, mine will go in my oven rather than a machine!  ;)

So the word 'donuts' in your dog's mind equates to the word 'bath'?   Both must have that scary sound to her mind!!
