Can anyone recommend a paint or other coating, which will cover the tiles and the mastic sealants in a shower please?

The tiles are white, but the mastic has gone a bit awry, and looks awful and stained, (the tray leaked once, so I was having to plaster all the joints with bathroom mastic - dirty job too), but ordinary tile paint seems to flow off and never set properly!

I don't mind doing several coats, as long as nobody has to come near me for the few days when the shower isn't in action..;0~
