I tried to make wine for the first time this year from two beautiful grape vines which I inherited with my new allotment.  Unfortunately I have ended up with numerous bottles of fantastic "White Wine Vinegar". :oops:

 It has been suggested to me that it is possible to use this to make Brandy!!!!

That would be fantastic as the other option is using it to clean windows !etc.  Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can convert it to Brandy or an alternative??

All serious suggestions considered.
