Title: Strawberries with garlic!

Good morning everyone, bit chilly out there. 

Any thoughts out there on my idea of intercropping garlic in my newly established  strawberry bed?

Might be ok rootwise in first year of strawberries or if you have left plenty of room in between plants and rows, but consider if you’re going to net the strawberries before they ripen(and you will need to if you want any fruit) as the garlic will grow taller than you would normally net the strawberries
