We intend on using hazelnut in some format to use in  our brown ale/ porter brews.

If you do all grain brewing then add roasted crushed hazelnuts to the mash.  If you do extract brewing it might work in with the hops (not sure) otherwise use hazelnut extract at bottling.

No idea of quantities you'll have to google for recipies.
