Title: Victoria plums

Been really busy freezing Victoria Plums the tree is covered OH de stoned them i then stewed them up bagged them up ready for freezer, has anyone got any more ideas as to what to do with these apart from jam  :D

It's basically a bottle of dark(ish) rum, sugar and any soft fruit you have chucked in.  Leave it until winter and both rum and fruit are then consumed.  Fruit is good in cakes, tarts, trifle or straight from the glass!
