Well, by veggies I mean embryo ones. We have been eating lettuce, herbs and chard for a while now, but a mooch today revealed land cress, spicy salad mix, weeny courgettes and petit pois peas.

Small steps, I just hope I can keep up with the amount we have planted when they start to produce in abundance.

We picked the first lettuce yesterday yum yum yum lettuce that tastes like lettuce. No more supermarket ones.

Well, it's dark here now, but I have a couple

A pea, Bulgarian variety which they bottle, but I am hoping they will freeze OK.

A one inch courgette, a pale one commonly grown here
