Ive heard that by increasing the temerature of hatching eggs that are being incubated will give more females ?
Does anyone think this is true i would be greatful for replys

Apparently not apart from a slight discrepancy possibly due to the extra heat killing off one sex more than another.

Works with reptiles though !

I was once told you get more "boy birds" if a hen sat eggs in hot weather?

From my experience you get more " boy birds" what eva the weather

Like Rob says, won't determine gender. Birds are like mammals and the gender of the offspring is determined by the genetic combination of the sperm and egg. Reptile on the otherhand seem to be amazingly adaptable. in addition to heat, apparently the proportion of each gender can be tailored to the local proportion in the population. Amazing they don't rule the world anymore although apparently its going to be insects next and they have similar attributes  

Oh, but I think I read something somewhere about masculinisation of female hens and pheasents somewhere....
