Could you good peeps on here tell me is this a comfrey plant, I have it on my patch, but have just found it where I am working and don't know if it is one

Does it look like this? If it is comfrey, at this time of year it will probably be less leggy than in these pictures and certainly will not have flowers yet.

kind of like it< but more round edges to the left and blue flower heads!

Green alkanet looks alot like comfrey and has blue flowers.
