Title: rugby scrum in the chicken run
Post by: peggygate on May 20, 2010, 09:50
Alot of pushing and shoving in the chicken run earlier today, i went out to see what all the commotion was about, and to my surprise there was a not so slow, slowworm being stretched about 2 foot, it soon got pecked and divided up and was swallowed up very quickly, we now have a very quite, peaceful chicken run, until the next victim decides to enter the lions den,  ( it is ok for the chickens to have the odd slow worm isnt it?) :nowink: :nowink: :nowink: :nowink: :nowink:

They do love worms. Frogs can be streched to great lenghts as well. :)

Poor slow worm!

We don't have anything that exotic up here!  Nothing more stretchy than slugs really. :(
