Masks and protective equipment

I get a lot of Chinese companies trying to sell me gardening gear - I must be on some list due to the web site but this morning I was contacted by a company that seems reputable offering face masks and even full protective overalls by the 100,000 ready for delivery in 2 days. (You have to get the gear over here from China)
Maybe the NHS could just buy what some doctors are saying we're short of.
