I am new to this growing lark, and planted a "Jack o'Lantern" pumpkin, which is probably not going to beat anybody ::).
Here it is

it is about 6 inch in diameter.

I'm growing the same as you starling, bout the same size now aswell, although i've noticed bout 4 small football sized ones, and bout 4 tennis ball size ones...do i remove anymore if the set?

I asked the Zamboni driver at my local ice rink to pop over and remove all the dust from my mumber three pumpkin's backup reserve.

The problems will come later Ice. Where will you find tape measures long enough!

I have a couple growing - one larger one but don't think they will beat anyone's as they are only 'halloween' pumpkins and not a mammoth variety!

This year the allotments been that wet we should have grown rice - so here to cheer me up is my 72 and a half pounder from 2008.

Remember to stay in touch as they reach full size...
